Reeve's Arboretum Volunteering Event

September 15, 2019

Our Vedic Samaj Youth Team and Vedic Samaj NJ members volunteered at the Reeves Arboretum in Summit, NJ. As a team, we worked to clean the garden by working together to pluck weeds.

Cybersecurity Virtual Session

June 12, 2021

During the pandemic, the Vedic Samaj Youth team worked hard to put together a virtual session for people of all age, educating the community on the importance of cybersecurity. Pranita Murali spoke about how to stay safe on the internet, the importance of keeping your passwords strong and safe, and being careful of what you download.

Chess 1x1 With Senior Citizen

August 10 & 12, 2021

During the pandemic, the Vedic Samaj Youth team worked hard to put together zoom sessions for seniors, educating the community on chess. Many seniors get bored at home and would love to try something new! This session was hosted by Aryaman Arora, who gave two 30-minute sessions to individuals, covering the basic and advanced strategies of chess.
