Our Impact 2026
Vedic Samaj Youth (VSY) Public Speaking Camp
Vedic Samaj Youth hosted the Public Speaking Camp. We had real members from the Junior Varsity and Varsity Debate team from Ridge High School come in and teach kids how to form a proper argument. We also showed them real scenarios, and numerous demonstrations, and ended with a final debate among groups of 3.
Vedic Samaj Youth (VSY) Father's Day Donation
Vedic Samaj Youth made kits for veterans to donate on Father's Day. 50 kits full of goodies were donated to the Veterans Hospital in Lyons, NJ. We included encouraging mugs and coasters, as well as some treats.
Crochet Camp
Vedic Samaj Youth organized a learning plan and taught people of all ages how to crochet from the very beginning. We taught them how to hold crochet sticks and ramped up our progress to being able to crochet our own blankets.
VAYU Summit
The executive team of Vedic Samaj attended the VAYU Cultural Summit which was a collaboration with the Arya Samaj of New Jersey. It was a community-driven summit designed to connect youth and families with shared heritage, service, and Vedic principles.
